The game

  • Available on the App Store since 28 October 2026 and Google Play since 15 October 2026.
  • Five new puzzles a day, starting easy and getting harder.
  • An offline Journey with generated boards checked for exactly one solution.
  • Wisp explains a deduction; Peek places a Sprig; Sweep marks exclusions.
  • Optional league tables, and characters, colour themes and outfits to collect.
  • Play without an account. Live leagues and cloud backup need Apple sign-in on iPhone or Google sign-in on Android; league groups can include players clearly labelled BOT.

Price: free to play, with optional purchases: a one-off advert removal, Sprig Club subscription and cosmetic character packs. No purchase is needed to play.

Advert status, 15 October 2026: adverts between puzzles are switched off for now while the advert account is paused. This is temporary; it is not a permanently advert-free game.

Art: the Sprig characters were made using an image-generation tool.

A placement explained in 20 seconds

This rendered demonstration shows how a Sprig blocks the other squares in its row. It illustrates the rules; it is not a recording of the app or today's daily puzzle. Music and effects only, with on-screen text.

Text in the clip

“One Sprig. Six crosses.” This row already has its Sprig. Every other square in that row is blocked. That's the whole row checked. Follow Sprig for more clues like this.
