Restoring progress on a new phone. Sign in with the same account (Google on Android, Apple on iPhone) in Settings → Account and progress. Sprig offers to restore your latest backup.

Moving between Android and iPhone. A Google account from Android cannot be opened on an iPhone, and an Apple account cannot be opened on Android. Before you switch, use Export a backup file in Settings → Account and progress on your old phone, then Restore from a backup file on the new one.

Restoring purchases. Sign in to Sprig with the same account on your new phone, then tap Restore purchases in Settings → Adverts or on the Sprig Club page. Use the same Google Play or App Store account you bought with.

Cancelling Sprig Club. On Android, cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. On iPhone, cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Club stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. On Android, use Google Play’s refund process. On iPhone, use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue Google Play or App Store refunds ourselves, but if something you paid for does not work, email us and we will help put it right.

Advert choices. Change them in Settings → Privacy choices. On iPhone, Sprig never asks for tracking permission, so adverts there are not personalised.

Sign in with Apple. Apple shares your name and email address with Sprig only the first time you sign in. If you chose Hide My Email, Sprig holds your private relay address (ending @privaterelay.appleid.com), not your real one; use that relay address when you email us about your account. Deleting your account in Sprig revokes its Sign in with Apple access, so Sprig should no longer appear in Settings → Apple Account → Sign in with Apple afterwards.
